Artemis Fowl 2 & 3 by Eion Colfer

Posted by Tayla at 9:54 AM 0 comments
Artemis Fowl 'The Arctic Incident'
This is the second book from the Artemis Fowl
Artemis receives a message that says his father is
Hostage to the mafia and they ask for the ransom of
Five million pounds. It is an exciting adventure for the fairies
Too as they battle the B’wa Kell for Police Plaza.
Definitely one for the ‘to read’ list.

Artemis Fowl 'The Eternity Code'
Artemis is at his money making schemes again but,
Thanks to a slight slip of security, it doesn’t all go according to
Plan. Holly is there to help of course but they need more than
One fairy to grant success to there vital-to-the-People-mission.
Juliet, Butler’s sister plays a major role in security, 911 disguising
And general kick-but too. But Artemis and his club have more than a security
Code to break though to reobtain the ‘C Cube’ which holds the power
To rob anybody of anything. Unfortunately the C Cube still contains LEPrecon
Information and discovery by the infamous Jon Spiro could only lead
To the end of the Fairy secrecy and the of an unwinnable war…

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Gallagher girl Academy for Exceptional young women, where students kick-box in PE, disarm bombs in science, and are awarded extra credit in computing if they manage to crack CIA codes. Gallagher girl might claim to be a school for geniuses, but it's really a school for spies.

Fluent in fourteen languages and capable of killing a man with a stick of uncooked spaghetti, Cammie Morgan figures she knows a thing or two....
Until the day she falls for a regular boy who thinks shes a regular girl.

She can tap his phone, hack into his computer, and track him through town without his ever being the wiser. But can Cammie play girl friend to someone who can never know the truth about her?

This is a fantastic book,
It kept me thinking he's/she's a goodie or he's/she's a baddie.

I would say this book is a PG.

If you enjoyed the first won you can get the second one..

Diary of a Wimpy Kid - Dog Days by Jeff Kinney

Posted by Hannah at 12:45 PM 0 comments

This is a book called Diary of a Wimpy Kid - Dog Days.

The writer is Jeff Kinney. It has 4 books to the series plus a do-it-yourself book and a book about the film.

It is about a boy called Greg and his mum, dad, little brother Manny and big brother Rodrick.
It is the summer holidays and the weather out side is great, all the kids are playing outside.
And where is Greg Heffley? He is inside his house playing video games with the curtains shut not showing the beautiful sun.

Greg is a self -confessed 'indoor person,' is living out his ultimate summer fantasy: no responsibility and no rules.
His mum has a different vision of an idea for summer...one packed with out door activities and 'family togetherness.' Greg doesn't like the idea of that!
Whose vision will win? Or will a new addition to the Heffley family change everything?

I like this book because it is very interesting to read about his life and how he lives it, I also like how it is a half comic book and how funny it is...I would class it as a comic comedy.

Rated G. I got this book from Le Grand Book Shop in Esperance WA. To check out the rest of the books in the series click HERE

Truth or Dare.

Truth or Dare is about a girl named Lindsay. When Lindsay and her friends begin to play 'Truth or Dare' at sleep overs, it starts off as harmless fun ....until the Dares became more risky and test Lindsay faith. She is forced to choose between standing up for what is right and possibly loosing her best friends for ever, or going through the dare and facing the consequences.

What would you do?

Truth or Dare is a lovely Christan book. If this was a movie it will be rated G. It inspired me to keep my ground in my faith with Jesus and never give in to what is wrong.
To buy these books click HERE they are only $7.95

Callum Ormond is on the run rejected by his own mother and two sets of criminal gangs after him. there is twelve books in the series, one for each month of 2010. Conspiracy 365 leaves you in suspense at the end of each book.

Callum Ormond has been warned, he has to survive the next 365 days.

12 books, 12 months

These books are one of my fav series. Conspiracy 365 is so action filled and is always keeping you on the edge of your seat! If this book was a movie it would be rated PG or M because of the action, Violence and scarey parts.
